韓国の女子大学を訪問しました

　3月11日から3月14日の日程で、髙橋桂子所長と久保貴子専任研究員が、韓国の敬仁女子大学と梨花女子大学を訪問してきました。
　韓国の女子大学では「リーダーシップ教育」が充実しており、地域のボランティア活動等の場で、共学出身の女子大学生より上手くラポール（信頼）関係を築くことができるそうです。

Research Center Head Dr. Takahashi and Researcher Ms. Kubo visited two Korean women's universities, Kyung-In Women's University and Ewha Womans University, on March 11-14, to make a friendly relationship, and to have an exchange of views with leadership education.
They said that women's universities in Korea have conducted an adequate training on leadership education, so their students are able to build rapport relationships more successfully than their co-ed counterparts in local volunteer activities and other settings.
