Welcome, members of the Jissen Women’s University Alumnae Association!
The Jissen Women’s University Alumnae Association (“Jissen Sakura-Kai ”) was formed in 1901 when, for the first time in its history, a group of students graduated from the university.
The goal of the Association is to develop mutual friendship among Jissen graduates and to support the current students of Jissen Joshi Gakuen Junior and Senior High School and Jissen Women’s University. It has departmental alumnae groups , as well as domestic and international branches . More than 65,000 members are playing active roles in its educational and cultural activities in Japan and around the world.
